HI,
I’ve just done the feedback tutorial and I’m getting the following output instead of sending the email.

Email quota exceeded. Rerouting email to app owner instead of ‘myemail@emailadress.com’.

Substituted the email address above, instead of my real email address.

Hi @gazza7364, does the error show the app owner email?

How about cloning the app and see if it works?

Hi Tony,
Thanks for the reply.
It was showing my email address
The app itself works and sends me the email, but not sure why I get the output error ‘Email quota exceeded. Rerouting email to app owner instead of " my email address’"’
I’ve now moved on to the other tutorials, so this can be closed.

You can send emails on the free plan by setting a custom SMTP server in the Email service. See this linked post for more information:
