Up Time & Service Levels

I have a client I am about to start building a solution for, in Anvil. I’m negotiating the contract with them. I need the anvil service level details. Can I get them somewhere please?

I just checked our monitoring, and over the last 3 months the public Anvil service at anvil.works experienced about 99.98% uptime.

We generally aim to keep that number as high as we can - but as @tobias.carlbom says, if what you need is a signed SLA, then that’s something we can provide as part of a custom support plan. Drop us a line at sales@anvil.works and tell us what you need!
