The IDE is not open source and is only available as a service.
As far as I understand HIPAA doesn’t care about how you develop your app, it only cares about data storage and management.
So you can create the forms online, clone the app and continue the development of both server and client side logic on your own server.
You can create custom components like the input_box or the DataGridJson that decrease the number of forms needed.
Perhaps the enterprise plan does allow you to have all on premises.
