Is there something going on with Anvil infrastructure?
I am not able to create new form, after adding bunch of controls the message shows that it was unable to save the app.
I have seen the same error, but it seems to be working for me again.

For me too. I believe it was some infrastructure issue but lets see what Anvil Folks will say later.
I think its time for some coffee break as the platform is unstable at the moment.

Sometimes your browser memory/cache can cause this. In console clear out your memory and cookies and that normally clears it.
Nope, seems to be widespread. Happening to me as well. It’s intermittent.
