What I’m trying to do:
I’m getting the error “Remote server not available (downlink_call). Please contact support@anvil.works.”

I have never gotten this before and now got this twice. What is it and what do I do?

It’s off a random server call.

I received the same errors. At the same time, my uptime monitor showed that some of my uplink servers were down for about a minute. 10:45 CET.

I am experiencing this issue as well, both on my Business Plan account and my free version. Is there an ETA on a fix? I am unable to open any of my apps using the Editor.

FYI @ryan , I’m getting the same error when I try to open any of my apps. Things were fine at 10:20 but the error started appearing around 10:25 (US ET)

My apps are also down.

My IDE just went down with:

{“error”:“Remote server not available (:git/get-app-from-git). Please contact support@anvil.works.”}

Edit: I have emailed them as requested, so they definitely know about this. Let’s not spam them with emails.

@ryan I’m back up. The outage was across all apps from ~10:20 ET to 10:3 ET
