I would ask you if there were any more errors associated with it, but as I just ran into myself, if something is failing (not even specifically the langchain library) I am also just getting “Build Failed” without any verbose errors (like I was getting previously during a build)
Hello, I’m having the same problem as the original post, can’t seem to install tiktoken 4.0. Could you please advise if there’s some more issues with custom packages? Thanks!
I am still having custom package install issues with the Beta Python 3.10 (Build Failures). I tried installing plotly (I am getting a module not found for ‘plotly.subplots’) and yfinance as custom packages. I just upgraded from free plan to be able to use the Standard package that has the yfinance package I need. I just hope similar build failed issues don’t occur once that is activated.
Hi folks,
Sorry about this – this is now fixed!
If you’re interested in the gory details: Turns out that, because of the way we have Podman installed, our auto-update process actually automatically downgraded the version of Podman running on the build fleet, which broke our build service. This has now been fixed.
Hello!
A year later running into a similar issue…

If you have an unrelated issue, please start a new topic instead.
That’s actually very sound advice. You have a distinct problem, so it belongs in a new topic, not yet marked solved, so it will likely get more attention.
I’d also suggest using the Search feature at the top of this page. Odds are good that your specific problem has already been solved at least once. If so, this will get you an answer a lot sooner!
