Disclaimer! Although this is not a anvil project, perhaps someone else using anvil finds this application useful 
The application is quite simple - it’s a windows program written in c# with a embedded browser (similar to electron). I use it on embedded devices, like hmi displays or 24/7 monitors to eg display a anvil app or other website.
As for now it supports autostart and enable fullscreen.
