Is there any way to format a specific tooltip?

What I’d like to do:
Format a Label’s tooltip. I’d like it to display a compact table of information.

What I’ve tried:
Searching this forum for “formatted tooltip”. A Google search for “tooltip formatted” led to custom CSS, which I would not know how to isolate to a single RepeatingPanel column.

Not a critical feature, but it should be very helpful with dense DataGrids, where you want to be able provide a lot of context/detail in a very small space.

An alternative solution could perhaps be to use the Augmentation module in Anvil Extras to set a handler for the hover-event that uses the Anvil Extras Popovers module to display your compact table?
