Have you seen Deepnote? Seriously impressive - it’s an online Jupyter-style notebook, but with Google Docs-style collaboration and a much slicker interface! What’s more, they keep your notebooks running in the cloud continuously (even on their free plan!) - which means you can use a Deepnote notebook as the back end of an Anvil app! So of course, I had to make a walkthrough:

Here, the notebook is Deepnote rather than Google Colab, but the principle is the same.
