How to fix a container at the bottom of the page?

What I’m trying to do:
I want to fix a container at the bottom of a page so that it’s always visible for making quick notes.

What I’ve tried and what’s not working:
I’ve already searched the documentation, forum and API reference. My knowledge of HTML and JS is quite limited, but I know the basics to make some changes if necessary (one of the reasons for choosing Anvil).

In this example, the selected container is the one I want to fix.
