How to change the password reset author name

reset my password.

This might be repeated, sorry in advance.
Everytime I try to reset my password it comes with an app name that I dont use anymore. for some reason i cant find where is this setting to change the name.

This is the name that appears in the password reset email.

Scrivano or SCRIVANO.

Do you mean the email comes from an old app name’s domain? You can set this in the Users service

i changed that to support@scrivano.net but, this is the email I get:

yes this is the email I am getting from my public webpage which is online wright now.

I just tried signing up with a mailinator.com email address, and I can confirm it is showing that incorrect name as the mail originator, and it’s not just something like your gmail using a contact card:
