I’m encountering issues starting an Anvil App Server on my M1 Mac, specifically with the bundled PostgreSQL not recognizing the postgres binary despite it being present. After installing PostgreSQL via Rosetta to simulate an x86 environment, I still face errors stating “no data was returned by command” and “The program ‘postgres’ is needed by initdb but was not found in the same directory as ‘initdb’.” Permissions adjustments haven’t helped. Any insights or solutions for running Anvil with PostgreSQL on M1 Macs would be greatly appreciated.
