Hi @stucork ,
Hi @tomka ,
Just now I’ve seen something similar in the output from our qa environment:
(Windows 11, Chrome 99)
(Keep alive fires every 5min - so this happened after some idle time)
We were able to get the console logs this time:
Looks like the UI Engine has some troubles, maybe that helps to track the bug down.
If this helps you I can privately share app appId/details/log access of course!
Mark
UPDATE:
The error occurs frequently when a user wants to download an Excel File with anvil.media.download(xls).
No idea how and if this is related but maybe it helps to narrow things down.
UPDATE: We just received a bug report from one of our customers that they see a script error popping up at the bottom right.
The current production version has been running for a few weeks, thus it doesn’t seem to be on the application level.

Hi @mark.breuss , this post might also be of interest to you, another weird (probably JavaScript-) error:
I haven’t seen AppOfflineError in a while in my logs. But now I frequently get the following unspecific error messages there. Can anyone else confirm?
: [object Event]
: [object Event]

I was going to check my app logs for the “unknown error” you mentioned but I can’t access them at the moment:
Hi @stucork ,
unortunatelly, we are still seeing the issue. Happens when the user downloads an excel file.
The file gets downloaded normally, and after that the error occurs.:
14:37 +2 App was definetly reloaded 10 min beforehand.

Am I right in thinking it’s gone from several errors to a single error?
The logs at least look like the logs before. This one is from 14:39 (+2)
Now fixed for real - thanks for the patience on this one.
