[Fixed] Unable to access apps "Shared with me"

My team and I are currently experiencing errors when trying to load Anvil applications in the IDE, getting “App not found” errors:

This only applies to applications that are shared via Collaboration > Share this app with everyone in my team, not with applications that I own myself.

@meredydd @stucork Sorry for the tagging, but this issue is completely blocking us from doing any development at the moment.
