[Fixed] "ImportError: No module named collections" using the Internet Explorer

Hey guys,

One of our apps throws an ImportError: “No module named collections” when accessing it, but weirdly only in the Internet Explorer. In Chrome, Edge, and Firefox it is working perfectly fine.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any workaround?

Thanks @D_S for reporting. That’s a bug that should now be fixed.

Worth noting that Internet Explorer (IE) will not be supported for much longer since Microsoft are officially dropping support soon and many other tech companies have already dropped their support for IE.

If you have users still using IE we’d strongly recommend encouraging them to move to a different browser. There are several security risks that come with using IE.
