What I’m trying to do:
Make a PDF thats editable when downloaded (i.e. everything in the forom thst could be edited before is editable now).
What I’ve tried and what’s not working:
I have successfully made a pdf with anvil, but see no documentation on a setting to make it editable affer download.
Do you want the entire document to be editable? Or just specific entry fields?
I haven’t quite hashed out if i want all my entry fields/checkboxes to be editable and clickable, but certainly most – and having the whole thing be editable would be better than none of it.
It sounds like you’d prefer a PDF Form, where only selected entry fields (incl. checkboxes) are editable.
If you’re using Anvil’s built-in PDF tools, I suspect that’s not covered. But check out the importable PDF libraries in List of Packages. One of them may be more suitable.
