The Description property of a custom component property or event is edited with a multiline text area.
It is possible to insert new lines in the text area and do some formatting, but the new lines are lost in the tooltip of the property in the Properties panel. The tooltip seems to have fixed width and increase in height according to the text length.
I like that the tooltip has a maximum width and wraps long lines, but I don’t like that new line characters explicitly inserted in the custom component definition are lost.
I would love to see a rich text in that tool tip, but this maybe overkill. Preserving the new lines seems a simpler and more reasonable solution.
