What I’ve tried and what’s not working: contact Anvil multiple times
Hi There,
Does anyone know when Anvil will start replying to customer queries again? Multiple unanswered mails to them over weeks make me think they upped and left. Does anyone have evidence to the contrary?
Apologies for the delayed reply, we have indeed been a bit swept up by the holiday cheer and volume of support inquiries. Not to worry, however, we are still here and addressing concerns as fast as we can!
