This would let someone browse the subjects in the Blog, or the Forum, without having to scroll or search all over the place.
It’s great to be able to search for things. But a ToC/Index exposes many wonderful things that you’d never know to search for, as well as exposing the local terminology that makes search more effective.
Actually, I think the Blog probably would benefit more. The Forum has more tools, right now.
