Hey guys, I’m new to Anvil, and I had a question about PDFs.
If I generate a PDF using a background task, and email that PDF to someone; is there any way that allows me store that PDF file in the file column of a data table, and simultaneously email it to someone?

Yes, once you generate the PDF you can do whatever you want with it, including storing and emailing it.
Follow up question: Is it possible to create a PDF using a variable number of RepeatingPanels? If so, do you have any links from where I can learn to do so?
If you can see it on the browser, you can render it to pdf.
You also chain multiple forms into a multi page pdf. Here is a simple example.
