My SSL certificate hasnt been migrated yet to my new custom domain and my (2) users are experiencing issues. It’s been since Friday. Did I do something wrong?
I migrated the app to app.anki-buddy.com away from anki-buddy.anvil.app.
There’s a manual process involved on the Anvil side that the Anvil staff has to do. If you setup the custom domain Friday, and it’s just now Monday, they probably just haven’t done it yet. Generally you’d want to wait a couple business days before contact them.
The other infrastructure issues that cropped up over the weekend have probably further delayed lower priority tasks, too.
