Something pretty simple I would think, just sort all the apps into dependency trees when you click the checkbox “Sort by Dependencies” 
This is what I was initially expecting to see as well. And I do hope that the dependency functionality can be extended in the future, so that we can start having a repository and get a CLI and work on apps together and build our own ecosystem! Oh, no, wait, that there is GitHub.
Forgive me for the sarcastic remark, but I do think the change in perspective has given me an Idea:
This question is perhaps a bit off topic and too brief. What you really want is to be able to git clone your app INCLUDING all dependent Apps. But git does kind of already give an avenue to your requested functionality…
