Server Image Builds Failing, Impacting production apps

Hi,

What I’m trying to do:
Run an application that was working a couple of weeks ago.
It fails to build the backend image

What I’ve tried and what’s not working:
I have tried rebuilding, same error message with no details.
I have tried several packages with several versions in the install it always fails to build.

**update: It fails really quickly, looks like it is failing to load the base image. But I cannot see the errors anywhere.

I’m having the same problem when I try to install some packages (not with all).
For example, ‘openai’ package has no problem, but ‘python-docx’ does.

I will try with changing to ‘Full Python 3’ instead of ‘Python 3.10 (Beta)’, but it takes 24 hours to do the change. So, maybe tomorrow I can have an answer.
