Hi guys, i want to make an app with Anvil but i have an important question (it’s a scraping web app). The app will be focused on the regular people not the business one. The question is:
My app will appear in the google search query? Ofc i will buy a domain name and the anvil plan, but i want to know if other people who don’t know about my app, will be able to see my web app?
It’s very important for me this step…or i need to make a website with flask?

There’s a third option: wrap your Anvil app in an iframe. That way, you still get to use Anvil to help automate the hard stuff, whether Google cooperates or not.
Yes, an Anvil app can absolutely appear on search results without having to wrap it in other software or use another service for your landing page. My Anvil app appears as the first result for certain keywords.
However, the options with regards to SEO with Anvil are limited. Mostly because of the client-side rendering. But perhaps this is addressed with the new Routing module, which admittedly I haven’t played with much.
