Runtime Unavailable Error since account upgrade

I have been using Anvil for a few days and all has been fine. Tonight I upgraded to a paid account and now my app wont run and produces this error message?

“anvil.server.RuntimeUnavailableError: Server resources not available for ‘python3-full’. Please contact support@anvil.works.”

Is there some time lag similar to when you 1st sign up to try Python 3 full on a free account to it being initialised? Any idea how long the lag is?

The delay is usually a few hours, but if your trial was already active then you shouldn’t have seen any interruption to your apps. Sorry about that. You’re definitely good to go now, but we will investigate to wokr out what happened!
