Return media from endpoint now fails

Hello,

Here is a small clone that used to work. The client code hits an http endpoint which used to lead to a chart being displayed in an iframe. Currently, nothing is displayed and there are no errors. The html that defines the chart is correct as I can copy it into a blank file and it renders the chart as expected.

I have a larger app that uses this technique and it is failing as described.

I was wondering if someone could have a quick look and help nudge me in the right direction as to what is happening. It would be much appreciated.
