Yes, those IDs are always extremely useful! They allow us to look up errors in our logs. We have now replicated this issue - thank you!
We can confirm that it only affects legacy apps that have never been migrated to the new environments system. If you open the Publish dialog and republish your app to its domain, you will be prompted to migrate, and your app will start working.
And this one should be is now fixed too. Aaaaaand breathe.
