Hi folks - we’re aware that some users’ Full Python 3 server environments are currently unavailable. Update: We have confirmed the problem and are deploying an update. Most affected users should already be resolved; we’re mopping up the last few now.
Python 3.10 is not affected.

The app is a python 3.10 (beta) app with minimal base package and one custom package added.
Is this completely unrelated to the service interruption you’re referring to?

Legacy Python 2 server environments took a little longer to restore - sorry about that. We’d recommend migrating to Python 3 as you are able, as Python 2 is already unsupported by the CPython team.
