Push Notifications Feature

Anvil should have this feature of allowing us to show Site-Notifications (I’m not talking about that Notifications component) so that we can notify our users even when they are not logged in

I think this would be covered by Progressive Web App functionality. This adds push notification functionality for browsers that allow it.

Making an Anvil app into a Progressive Web App

Hello, In order to turn my Anvil app into a PWA I need a service-worker(js) and a manifest(json). I have noticed through a lighthouse check my anvil app already has a manifest, but not the correct icons nor does it have a short-name. Does it require some additional knowledge related to Java or something?

Because I don’t have much knowledge about languages other than Python and SQL.

But what I was saying is that a built-in feature for that in Anvil will be really useful.
