Programmatically delete app

I can fetch a list of my apps using the technique below, but is there a way to delete an app programmatically by using the app ID?

I get the list of available apps with https://anvil.works/ide/apps . Then I use https://anvil.works/ide/apps/export/(app-id) to get the yaml of each app.

I have hundreds I want to get rid of, and I haven’t got the patience to do them one at a time via the IDE.
