Plotly Gradient Gauge/Dial Plot

Curious if anyone has an instance of a gradient dial/gauge plot to share so I can save the time to learn this…

This is very close, but in most cases my clients want a true gradient chart like this:

I’m hoping that I’m on the right track exploring plotly.express

Have you tried Plotly’s gauge charts, but with many steps/wedges? Effectively giving you a seemingly continuous gradient. Just wondering.

I havn’t tried that with more ‘steps’ - this is one of those requirements where the client is really picky/demanding and they want a true gradient. I know it can be done but typically people use Dash or something… I’ll figure it out! I know it can be done.
