Place data returned from tabel onto other labels

What I’m trying to do:
I have a data table with four columns.I return items from a column ‘trees’ in a random fashion.I would like to place the corresponding 3 columns text onto labels2,3 and4.
In other words: if Oak is randomly selected then"'broad round shape" should be displayed on label 2,“large uniform” on label 3 and “acorn” on label 4

What I’ve tried and what’s not working:
I sought some guidence earlier on the forum and got help from Owen.However I hoped I would be able to work things through with the information recieved.It must be said I was asking a different question,but am not able to work it out.
