OneDrive integration

My office uses MSFT O365, so it would be great to have integration to MSFT OneDrive like there is for Google Drive, so we could link the app to files on OneDrive. The best case would actually be to store the files in Anvil, but that would be way more storage space than I think Anvil is set up for.

Hi there!

How much storage do you need? The default table limit is only a few megabytes for free plans, but we can provide terabytes of storage if you need it, as an add-on to the Business plan.

In general, though, if you want extra features, you might want to consider a custom support package. We have a variety of packages available, and some of them give you the ability to prioritise features that are on the Anvil roadmap (eg Office 365 integration, which we would be delighted to have but haven’t yet prioritised). If you’re interested, drop us an email at support@anvil.works, and we’d be happy to talk you through the options.

Hi Meredyyd,

Can you please tell us what the default storage limits are for each of the plans? I’m currently on the Individual Plan, and am looking at adding functionality to my app so that my users can store Word, Excel and PDF documents.

Hi Peter,

Currently the limits on Media objects stored in Data Tables are as follows:

  • Free plan: 10 MB
  • Individual plan: 1 GB
  • Business plan: 10 GB

We are also happy to arrange custom packages for users who require more storage - please get in touch with sales@anvil.works if you’d like to discuss options. I hope that helps.

Are these limits per media object or the total size allowed for all media objects in a table/all tables?

These limits are per account (or organisation in the case of team/business plans), and count the total number of bytes stored in all Data Tables.
