The Anvil User group is returning with a slightly different timing from here on out. To accommodate for this, here comes not the October Anvil User Group, but the November Anvil User Group!
We have two very special talks scheduled this month! First, Meredydd will be giving us a talk on using AI securely within Anvil. Then, Divyesh Lakhotia will be showing us a special library of his making that extends the storage capabilities of Anvil apps. Very exciting!

Using AI Safely with Meredydd
You want to build with AI, but you don’t want your agent running wild over your production code, database and secrets. Meredydd will talk about how to best use Anvil’s built-in sandboxing to make sure your agentic coding is safe by default. -
Divyesh’s IndexedDB wrapper
Divyesh’s latest piece of work is a wrapper around IndexedDB, allowing you to access it through an API similar to Anvil tables. It also lets you store Anvil rows exactly as they are, with full support for media, datetime objects, and linked rows. Neat!
