Hey! I’m trying to setup my custom domain using Namecheap.
Followed the tutorial from anvil and I get “This domain could not be resolved” error. It’s been 2 days already.

Hey guys. Can I get some help here please? Already checked all the related posts but found nothing that helps my case.
There are 2 things you could do:
- Check with the DNS service to make sure nothing is wrong or inconsistent on their end
- If that’s all clear, email support@anvil.com to get direct help with your Custom Domain.

You’ll normally get an email from Anvil when your domain is set up. Two days is not an unreasonable amount of time to wait.
I know, I successfully added a custom domain for another app. The thing is it’s already been 4 days and the only thing I got was the email mentioning a problem with my DNS.

That should be support@anvil.works

The issue is the type of the main that I bought. It doesn’t support DNS, but HNS (handshake). This is not supported by anvil
