Are the bars at the edges of the Margin and Padding visual supposed to be interactive? My mouse cursor changes to indicate that it should be possible to slide them – but they neither move nor change the associated values.
Confirmed. However, you can type a new value in, by first clicking on a number, to select it for editing.
Edit: Spacing Above affects the topmost number; Spacing Below, the lowest.
