Let Ctrl+Click launch files in a new [browser] tab from the Ctrl+P Launcher

I love the option to Ctrl+Click on a file in the sidebar and have it open in a new tab. I also really love the ability to select files to open in the new Ctrl+P menu. What would be super great would be able to launch files in a new tab from that Ctrl+P menu with Ctrl+Click

On point 2 of this FR I asked for a new tab and a new window too.
