Internal Database Error: May 19th 2025

What I’m trying to do:
My users are receiving an internal Database Error.

Is anvil aware of this issue? Is anyone else experiencing this?

My apps are down as well.

Apps are not working anymore - please check urgently.

We’re investigating as we speak!

I’m seeing the same thing. Our applications are all down.

Same for me.

Seeing both this:

anvil.server.RuntimeUnavailableError: Server resources not available for 'python3-full'. If this error persists for more than a few minutes, please contact support@anvil.works.

as well as:

Glad you are already on it!

Things seem to be back to normal now.

Not for me :sob:

Now it is back to normal

Well, that was unpleasant. Looks like something hit an absolutely pathological case in database performance and managed to affect the whole platform(!). Fix applied, and we’ll continue watching carefully…

Thanks @meredydd! I’m glad to have smarter people than I to diagnose these things!

thx, we are back again

My apps are up and running properly again. Thanks!

After the servers came back online, I get the following error from one of my apps that’s using tailwind css:

RuntimeError: FloatingUIDOM failed to load

I start getting this error again :grimacing:

anvil.server.RuntimeUnavailableError: Server resources not available for ‘python3-full’. If this error persists for more than a few minutes, please contact support@anvil.works.

I’m not getting this error. Fingers crossed that continues, but it might be a partial disruption.
