What I’m trying to do:
I am looking to update my account email address. I sent a request to the support team on Wednesday morning (Jan 7th) but haven’t heard back yet.
What I’ve tried and what’s not working:
- Sent the initial request via the official support channel on Wednesday morning.
- Followed up twice to check for an acknowledgement or an ETA, but haven’t received a response.
I understand the team is likely busy, but since it has been several business days, I wanted to check in here to ensure my emails are reaching the right place and that everything is running smoothly with customer service.
If a member of the team could take a quick look or let me know the current lead times for account changes, I’d greatly appreciate it!
