Implementing 'Select'

I want to implement this in my app;
1, Select State.
2, Select Local Government Ares.
3, Select Ward.
4, Click’ Search ’ for the Polling Units.

You can look at this to have an idea of what I am looking for.

Yes, how do I implement that on the anvil, which anvil component can drag and drop to select "State, LGA, Ward and Polling Units?

Your post is very broad and people will be much more willing to help if you can send a clone link to an example app where you have a specific problem. Instead of asking “How do I implement this entire UI”, it would be better to give it a go yourself and ask on the forum when you hit a particular problem like “How do I return data from a dropdown? Here is what I’ve tried,…,”.
