IDE won’t open. Error: Cannot restructure property “forms” of “a.content” as it is undefined

I was working on my app and it showed an error about being unable to save, so when I refreshed it started showing the above error and it will not open the app in the IDE. What should I do?

I am also having the same issue.

UPDATE: it is now loading but anytime I change the code it says “Save Failed. You have made a change to the “dev” branch of this app elsewhere. Your current changes will be lost” and prompts me to reset app to latest version.

UPDATE:
I was able to fix it by merging the changes from dev into master, and then creating a new branch DEV from master and then working on that. I think something with my dev branch got messed up.
