I need guidance to carry out development using Anvil

I- What I’m trying to do :

I have been asked to develop two information systems to manage:

  1. A paddy rice processing plant
    (including : Purchasing – milling – sales – multi-channel payments)
  2. A cassava processing plant producing attiéké, placali, and gari
    (including : Packaging and sales – multi-channel payments)

I plan to carry out the development using Anvil, and I would like the Anvil forum to provide practical guidance on the possibilities Anvil offers to efficiently deliver such a project in line with best practices.

In particular, I am interested in learning about different methods for generating a receipt directly within Anvil by clicking a button.

II- What I’ve tried and what’s not working :

What do you mean by “generating a receipt”?

You don’t need to provide all the specs for the app, but some more details would help.

For a receipt, I figure that a PDF is the best output format. Anvil has built in apis for that and lots of forum posts already out there for specific questions:

Thank you for taking an interest in my query.

In any retail system, there is a till.

And once the customer has made their payment, the till operator must issue them with a receipt to confirm the payment has been made.

That is what I am referring to. Thank you in advance.
