HTML Text Formatter in TextBox Component

Sometimes I want a link in the body of my text, other times I want a single emboldened word.

It would be amazing if the very editor that is available here in the forum was available in the editor for every TextBox component.

Along the same note, how might we incorporate this html text formatter into our apps so that a user could add some pizzazz to their text input?
