How do you add border? The tutorial didn't help

What I’m trying to do:
I’m trying to add a border to the component.

What I’ve tried and what’s not working:
I’ve attached an image here showing how I added the css code to the border property. No border showed up. The tutorial doesn’t even show an example of css code in the border property.

Perhaps you don’t need the second “border”?

Thanks, you have to take out both “border:” and “;”.
I typed this in the box:
“5px solid”
