Highlight of correct/wrong imports

I just noticed @rickhurlbatt’s post mentioning the highlight of correct/wrong imports:

I’m not sure that this is Sneaky or new or if I am just rather unobservant. When you are adding imports statements the colouring of the text tells you whether is is valid / you have the right number of dots to get to the right level. So does the colour of the dots I think - white dots are invalid. All purple text is incorrect where as blue then purple is legit. [image] Still much easier to use autocomplete - which is not new but is amazing!

I just tried and I noticed that the highlight only works with the Dark Theme.
But I also noticed that doesn’t seem to be right.
Here it’s telling me that no dots and 3 dots are valid, while 1 and 2 dots are not valid… is that correct?

So, if the highlight is wrong, please fix it.
If the highlight is correct with the Dark Theme, please make it work also with the Light Theme.

Yes, unfortunately that’s not a “highlight of correct imports”; that’s the code editor getting confused (because ... is a valid Python token, so it will highlight ... anywhere). We’re upgrading the code editor component soon, so watch this space…
