"Hibernating" an account

I have had my account for a few years now, but because I have no effective way yet of managing my apps into groups in the IDE, it’s become a little unwieldy.

So, rather than wait for folders ( ), can I :

  • drop my main account down to a free one
  • open a new business account
  • clone my current active apps into the new account
  • leave my old account open (and free) so that forum links and the like don’t break

Would that work? I can’t imagine any of the forum code is too complex for a free account (and tbh most of it is probably irrelevant now).

I would start from here and look at what may stop working when downgrading.

You may have hit the max size / number of rows on your tables and can’t add new rows, custom domains may stop working, python 3.10 (and maybe full python?) may stop working, …

Been looking as deeply as I can, and I don;t think anything I posted on the forum is very deep or resource hungry, and anything I actually need or use will be moved across.

So actually, I think it will be fine.
