If it was Python instead of Java, writing that song would be faster and the song would be 4 seconds instead of 4 minutes.
pippo and tizio are typical Italian variable names used as foo and bar (in Italy, Pippo is the Disney character Goofy), and “launcher” is pronounced just like any Italian would do. So that thing is likely coming from Italy.
