[FIXED] [SUPER MINOR BUG?] IDE Split screen division overlay on top of Properties Window

It seems that there is a divider line in the IDE between the bottom panel (where the console is) and the Design/Code area is showing over the top of the Properties Pop up when in split mode:

That looks awful…I’ve added it to our list!
