Email Service Issue

What I’m trying to do:
I’m a bit lost here. I have been using the email service for quite a while now , with no hiccups. I use it to notify me when key errors occur in my system. However, randomly, the emails stopped working. Specifically, they stopped working when sending emails to my email.

What I’ve tried and what’s not working:
I looked into the message trace and mail server of my email provider, and the emails are not reaching those two points. This leads me to believe the issue is on the anvil side. The odd thing is, I can send the same email in a group (list of emails) and everyone, but my email receives said email. This is now happening with another one of my users.

Question

I am curious if there is a spam filter in anvil’s email service that black list emails if they receive too many emails in a short period of time? What other avenues could I look into?

There is – if messages bounce, our mail provider drops messages to your address so we don’t get dinged for spamming. If you drop a message to support@anvil.works with your email address and a (precise, with time zone!) time you sent it a message that didn’t get through, that’d be great!
