Editable table/spreadsheet like GUI component

Newbie question - I am trying to build a planning applications - it has an editable table/spreadsheet like GUI for users to interact with time series data. Is this supported by Anvil? Is that Data Grid?

These tables are quite wide sometimes , e.g. 120 days / columns, so would need to be horizontal scrollable

Are there other components that I should look at?

Datagrids could be used. Please search the forum for horizontal scroll/repeating panel as there are helpful posts on that topic.
